Partner terms

This agreement is between DreamHome and the business named in this application ("the partner").

1. Listings. The partner keeps its listings accurate: descriptions, photos, prices, availability and policies. The partner only lists services it has the right to offer.

2. Bookings. The partner honours every confirmed booking at the price and conditions shown to the guest. Cancellations by the partner are a last resort and must be reported at once.

3. Commission and payouts. DreamHome collects guest payments and pays the partner after the stay or service, minus the commission and fees shown in the partner hub. Payouts go only to verified payout accounts.

4. Licences and documents. The partner holds the licences, registrations and insurance its activity requires in Rwanda, keeps them valid, and replaces documents before they expire.

5. Guests and data. The partner uses guest details only to deliver the booking and follows Rwanda’s data protection law (Law No. 058/2021).

6. Reviews and conduct. The partner does not offer rewards for reviews, does not move bookings off DreamHome, and treats guests and staff with respect.

7. Suspension. DreamHome may pause listings or the account when documents expire, guests are put at risk, or this agreement is broken. The partner can appeal through support.

8. Changes. DreamHome publishes new versions of this agreement in the partner hub. The partner accepts a new version before its next listing change or payout.
